	Agritourism Act of visiting a working farm or agricultural, horticultural or agribusiness operation to enjoy, be educated or be involved in activities.		Aquaculture The cultivation of aquatic animals and/or plants in a controlled environment for all or part of their life cycle.

	Biomass/Forages Plant material, vegetation, or agricultural waste used as a fuel, fertilizer, feed or energy source.		Energy Energy obtained from sources that are essentially inexhaustible and agricultural products or by-products.

	Fiber A general name for the raw material, such as cotton, flax, and industrial hemp, used in textile manufacturing.		Forestry The science of planting and caring for forests and the management of growing timber.

	Fruits The pulpy, edible seeds of certain plants, especially those grown on branches, such as apples, oranges, grapes and berries.		Grains/Oilseeds Plants grown as grains used for animal and human consumption and vegetative plants grown as oilseeds for their oil content.

	Livestock Domestic animals raised for food and fiber such as hogs, sheep, cattle and horses.		Nuts The fruit of certain trees and shrubs (such as the almond, walnut, and hickory), consisting of a hard shell enclosing a kernel.

	Specialty Crops Various crops across a wide number of categories including: Amaranth, Chufa, Floriculture, Herbs and Mushrooms.		Vegetables Edible seeds, roots, stems, leaves, bulbs, tubers or nonsweet fruits of any of numerous herbaceous plants.
