  • American Wood Fibers - This very large company makes a number of house pet and large animal beddings, and wood flours for numerous applications including adhesives, absorbents, felt roofing, fire logs, explosives, ceramics, floor tiles, cleaning products, caulks and putties, soil extensions and a vast array of plastics.
  • Composite Wood Specialties Ltd. - This company is using post-consumer plastic waste mixed with sawdust extender to make extruded composite decking lumber and similar material.
