Overview
Oregon grows 99 percent of the U.S. hazelnut crop. In 2012, the state's production fell to 34,700 tons of hazelnuts, 1 percent less than the previous year. The value of the crop was $63.4 million, a 29 percent drop from 2011. (NASS 2013)
