Overview
These panels and videos show how food supply chains were impacted by COVID, what post-COVID operations look like and what innovative solutions were deployed in response to the pandemic. The panels and videos linked below were developed by the Veden Center for Rural Economic Development at the University of Minnesota Crookston and funded by AgMRC. Additionally, a Local Food Supply Chains Report was created by the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Community Food Systems Team.
