USDA Website Back Online

USDA's website has been partially restored, making available some resources and department notices for the first time in two weeks.
The site was taken offline as part of the government shutdown, keeping users from seeing historical supply and demand information on countless agricultural products and services the department regulates.
The websites for many key USDA branches, including the Farm Service Agency and the Agricultural Marketing Service, are slowly coming back online, although some reports from the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) and the World Agricultural Outlook Board (WAOB) are canceled, due to the lapse in necessary data collection to create the reports.
